Do you ship to my country?
Yes! We ship to almost every country in the world using USPS, UPS or ePacket. We can't always offer free shipping with these orders however.
Can I track my order?
Yes, we'll send you a tracking number within 2-5 business days after we ship out your order.

Since shipping is unpredictable right now, you should expect your order to take 9-25.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing/Fulfillment time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the orders, which takes an additional 2–7 days. You will probably receive different shipments for your items, depending on which warehouse fulfills the order.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. We try to ship each item as soon as possible, so orders with multiple items will come in separate packages.
International delivery usually takes about 7–30 business days, depending on your order. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 3 and 25 days to arrive at their destination, but can take longer from time to time. Custom fees: Heya Korea is not responsible for any custom fees after your items have shipped. Your items may have customs fees, though this is rare.
